It's the night of October 14, 2000, before George Bush took office, before a hanging chad meant anything, before the Iraq war. Marie throws an intimate dinner party for 3 of her fellow Washington and Lee Law students with the sole purpose of convincing Celina to ask Nubia to be her study partner. There's just one problem, Celina, a liberal, hates Nubia for being a proud conservative. Nubia is the first Black female Republican Celina has ever met and she can barely stomach her. Just as Celina's coldness for Nubia begins to thaw, in walks Keisha, a woman who "suffers no fools" especially Black Republicans. Celina is torn between her desire to win over Keisha and her burgeoning friendship with Nubia. Nubia then discovers that her car, that happened to bear a Bush/Cheney 2000 bumper sticker, has been vandalized. Did Keisha do it? The women almost come to blows and the police are called. While waiting for the authorities, the women play "Fuck, Marry, Kill," and discover common ground. Will Keisha get arrested? Will Celina ask Nubia to be her study partner? After a night of violence, hair grease and hot sauce will four black virgins will walk into a bar together?
